This is famous Yashica T4 35mm film camera. Fast Carl Zeiss Tessar T* 35mm f3.5 lens. 

Great little camera with a built in flash. Well used before, with a lot of small scratches on the body, but fully working and tested with a film. So check the pictures carefully before buying.
