This is famous 35mm film camera Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim with a fixed wide 22mm plastic lens.

The Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim is an all-plastic, "focus-free" 35mm camera marketed by Vivitar. The camera has no adjustments for exposure and no flash, limiting its use to daylight scenes. The camera is famous for it's exceptionally wide-angle lens, nominally 22mm in focal length with an aperture of f/11. The minimum focus distance is at 1.5m. The shutter is single speed at 1/125. 

The lens in this camera has two elements, giving better-than-expected sharpness. However the camera still gives quite noticeable vignetting in the corners of the frame. 

Camera is in good working condition, perfect for everyday use. Film tested.

NOTE, that it is hard to open back door, but this is the way the camera is made, it is not a defect, all of them are so. There are multiple hints on the internet, how to open them more easily, so check them out before buying.
